In the interest of providing swift and top-level service to our business partners, we constantly compare the offers of several booking systems and compile more than one quote. Our strategic partners are: The Lufthansa Group (Lufthansa, Swiss Airlines, Austrian Airlines, SN Brussels Airlines), the AF Group (Air France, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Delta Airlines, Alitalia), Turkish Airlines, Qatar Airways.
Accommodations of appropriate quality and good location are crucial components of a business trip. Through our high capacity hotel booking systems, we are able to satisfy even the most diverse requests.
Our professional and highly prepared staff is not the only guarantee for quality service and administration. Since the October of 2009, IBUSZ has been the official Hungarian representative of Egencia S.A., the fifth largest corporate travel management company in the world, and as such the most state-of-the-art business applications are available to our customers. In 2012, our ISO quality assurance system was renewed in the field of corporate travel management, serving as a guarantee for the quality of our services.

- Travel tickets according to customer specifications for: airplanes, trains, buses and ships
- Taking individual needs and requests into account, we provide at least 3 simultaneous quotes, from which the Principal may select the optimal choice according to their own criteria
- Ensure dedicated administrators
- Provide instant notifications of any changes and force majeure situations
- Provide corporate prices to customers at contractual partner hotels
- In addition to booking travel tickets and accommodations, we’ll also take care of car rentals through our most reliable partners (Hertz, Eurent, Avis, Alamo, National, Sixt)
- Provide 24-hour on-call service if required
- Prepare itemised reports, statistics and cost analyses, facilitating the monitoring of expenses and the selection of bookings
- We store the personal preferences of regular returning passengers in order to provide faster and better administration
