Beyond selecting the ideal location, however, there are several other tasks to resolve before organising a high quality conference.
Our professional MICE team will comprehensively organise and manage the event in accordance with specific customer needs. We take care of any and all details from preparing the budget to concluding contracts, while keeping open lines of communications with the customer at all times: we will plan the conference image, edit conference publications, ensure transfers, book accommodations as well as taking care of the organisation of complementary or professional programmes.
If required, we will set up and operate a website adapted to the event’s image, through which delegates will have the opportunity to: acquire information, register, book accommodations and pay bills online.
